COMPREHENSIVE Home Inspection includes a thorough visual investigation of the home's readily accessible features, major systems and their components such as structure; foundation; roof; interior; exterior; heating and ventilation system; electrical; plumbing and more. A summary presentation with the aid of digital images will be conducted at the conclusion of the inspection. An electronic report including digital images will be provided within 24hrs of inspection.
The Comprehensive Home Inspection does not include a full thermal imaging scan of the home . However, an infrared camera may be used for localized diagnostic purposes at the inspector's discretion.
COMPREHENSIVE PLUS Home Inspection includes a thorough visual investigation of the home's readily accessible features, major systems and their components such as: structure; foundation; roof; interior; exterior; heating and ventilation system; electrical; plumbing and more. In addition, with our COMPREHENSIVE PLUS inspection, inspector will use the power of infrared, thermal imaging equipment to enhance your home inspection. An electronic report including digital images and infrared images will be provided within 24hrs of inspection.
Thermal imaging helps our inspectors to identify surface temperature variations of the building envelope, which are directly related to problems in structure, moisture content and air leakage. It can also be used to find hidden heating and cooling losses due to moisture intrusion, inadequate or
non-existent insulation, and poor construction. Early correction of these conditions can prevent more extensive damage in the future. Our inspector will conduct a thorough infrared thermographic scan of each room within the living area of the home including attic (if accessible), roof, walls, floors, foundation and ceilings.
